After quitting his job at CNET, he has devoted the majority of his time to developing a number of open source projects and is a frequent speaker at conferences. Along with running the social networking for eRetailing he also has a background in SEO and blogging and runs helps control the blogs for Customized Girl. He also runs his own blog eSpire that deals with social networking and focuses mainly on twitter.

Harrison also currently is working on The Flag Lady’s Flag Store ecommerce division to help expand and grow their online presence to a national level.
